Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture of scalable, secure, cost-effective distributed systems for workflow orchestration and AI-powered analytics.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-agent AI architectures, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, and tool integrations.
- Build reusable components, APIs, microservices, and platform capabilities adopted by other teams.
- Develop marketplace and IDE experiences, validated query patterns, governed cross-service metrics, and real-time monitoring dashboards.
- Own features from concept through deployment and production operation while improving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Solve ambiguous technical problems, make architectural trade-offs, and influence technical direction across teams.
- Mentor engineers and participate in architecture design and review meetings.
- Maintain the operational health of production systems and investigate production issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units also included in the package.
