Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for 1–10 clients.
- Define and direct technical strategy for important enterprise accounts in partnership with the Enterprise Account Executive.
- Lead customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy.
- Implement account technical strategy and align it around Databricks solutions.
- Build a movement of technical champions within customer accounts.
- Drive broader product use and deeper adoption of ML and AI.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members.
Requirements
- Experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical knowledge of big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving organizational change with data.
- Ability to establish virtual customer collaboration and lead customers to success within their accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present convincing points of view to decision-makers.
- Background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
