Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management applications.
- Work with the implementation vendor to deliver the ServiceNow HAM and SAM applications.
- Ensure knowledge transfer occurs before the end of the vendor contract period.
- Develop and update comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ServiceNow application development.
- Knowledge of implementing and/or maintaining ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management or Software Asset Management.
