Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and verify subsystems, modules, and components within complex embedded systems.
- Integrate software into complex hardware and software systems.
- Develop object-oriented C++ software using modern design principles, UML, and unit testing.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate build and test execution.
- Develop Python tooling to eliminate repetitive manual work.
- Improve developer experience and software quality and help colleagues adopt better engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technical Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience as a Software Engineer in a high-tech or embedded environment.
- Strong experience designing and developing object-oriented software solutions in C++.
- Python experience is preferred.
- Experience with optimization and setting up or maintaining CI/CD and build environments is required.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, unit testing, Agile methodologies, and software design principles.
- Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Permanent contract.
- All-in employment package of €57.000–€76.000 including net expense allowance, mobility package, 13th-month bonus, and holiday allowance; final salary depends on experience and expertise.
