Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Spend initial engagement weeks learning the customer’s business function and constraints before rebuilding it alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive.
- Embed within customer teams, work autonomously on real operational problems, and own delivery from problem framing through production.
- Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations for financial services and healthcare customers.
- Shape enterprise AI adoption from strategy through first deployment and help build tooling and frameworks for the AI delivery practice.
- Build or own evaluation suites for nondeterministic GenAI systems and determine how system effectiveness should be measured.
- Use Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
- Engage credibly with senior business stakeholders and CTOs on redesign and scoping conversations.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years building software, including substantial production-code ownership, with continued hands-on engineering involvement.
- Production experience shipping GenAI or LLM systems beyond demos and notebooks, including the operational challenges after prototyping.
- Experience building or owning an evaluation suite for a nondeterministic system and explaining its measurements.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to become productive in unfamiliar codebases or languages.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS, including operational ownership of systems inherited by others.
- Presales experience and the ability to communicate with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes or ECS, production CI/CD, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, open source contributions, or public writing on applied AI.
- Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous engagements and rapidly understanding unfamiliar business functions.
