Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in all parts of the software development lifecycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development best practices.
- Optimize algorithms and software designs for computational efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Contribute thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university Master’s or PhD degree program in Computer Research Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-driven organizational transformation.
- Programming experience with Python.
- Ability to collaborate, solve problems, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
