Responsibilities
- Scope and implement abuse monitoring requirements for new product launches.
- Improve processes to sustain monitoring operations for existing products.
- Develop approaches to automate monitoring subtasks.
- Prototype and mature systems for detection, review, and enforcement of abuse.
- Collaborate with Product, Policy, Ops, and Investigative teams to address key risks.
- Work with Engineering teams to ensure sufficient data and tooling.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical analysis and detection using SQL and Python.
- Experience in trust and safety or collaboration with policy and engineering teams.
- An investigative mindset with experience in data engineering and machine learning.
- Basic software development skills for writing productionized code.
- Experience in scaling and automating processes, particularly with language models.
