Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for the Price Optimization business unit’s unified platform and define cohesive technology strategies across business capabilities, shared services, and customer-facing solutions.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures and reusable reference patterns spanning UI, applications, integrations, data, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- Architect AWS-based solutions using distributed application patterns, event-driven systems, APIs, serverless components, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Lead UI architecture and front-end strategy, including shared components, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-solution experience consistency.
- Architect integrations across internal platforms, partner ecosystems, workflow tools, data services, and external client environments.
- Apply healthcare revenue cycle management expertise across pricing, payments, claims, reimbursement, payer-provider workflows, analytics, and operations.
- Drive AI adoption and AI-native software development practices across products, platforms, engineering workflows, testing, documentation, and delivery automation.
- Define standards for observability, resilience, security, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Mentor engineering and architecture teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and Operations.
Requirements
- Typically requires a BS plus 15 years of experience, an MS plus 12 years of experience, or equivalent experience leading complex enterprise architecture and solution design initiatives.
- Deep healthcare revenue cycle management expertise, including payer-provider workflows, pricing, claims, reimbursement, payments, and related operational processes.
- Proven ability to architect enterprise-grade solutions spanning business capabilities, platforms, data, integrations, and customer-facing applications.
- Strong hands-on AWS architecture experience across cloud compute, storage, networking, security, identity, integration, and observability.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable front-end and user experience architectures with shared components, strong performance, usability, and cross-application consistency.
- Experience defining reusable capabilities, shared services, common patterns, and platform strategies across multiple solution areas.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and embedding AI into software development lifecycle workflows, including productivity, testing, documentation, code quality, and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven design, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and secure software delivery.
- Experience designing secure, resilient, compliant healthcare technology solutions with operational controls and governance.
- Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders, communicate architectural vision, coach engineers and architects, and operate effectively in matrixed environments.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare payments, pricing optimization, cost containment, unified digital platforms, AI-enabled product features, agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, enterprise design systems, UX governance, and scalable front-end engineering models.
