Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot production issues, service requests, defects, and operational questions across client-facing digital platforms.
  • Assist with issue triage by recreating problems, reviewing logs and monitoring data, and coordinating with engineers, product owners, vendors, and support partners.
  • Validate releases, hotfixes, content changes, and configuration updates for web and mobile experiences.
  • Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, support documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor application behavior, alerts, recurring issues, reliability, performance, accessibility, and client experience impacts.
  • Develop and maintain small enhancements, bug fixes, automated tests, and configuration updates.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, technical discussions, and team planning and review sessions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, UX, Marketing, Sales, operations, and support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, finance, business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Professional software development, technical support, internship, co-op, or related technology experience.
  • Experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools, with the ability to evaluate and validate generated outputs.
  • Foundational understanding of software engineering, problem solving, debugging, and application support.
  • Interest in modern web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, production operations, and digital client experience systems.
  • Clear communication, documentation, question-asking, process-following, and willingness to support production systems and urgent release-related needs.
  • Preferred exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, HTML, CSS, APIs, integrations, authentication, content management systems, analytics tools, or SaaS platforms.
  • Preferred 2+ years of software development experience and exposure to Agile or product-oriented delivery models.
