Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and design automation architectures and workflows.
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Maintain RPA infrastructure and server environments, monitor bot operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Adapt automation workflows to changes in ERP applications and web-based platforms while monitoring stability and reliability.
- Create solution design documents, user guides, operating procedures, and technical support documentation.
- Manage project timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, deliver training and workshops, and promote automation adoption.
- Research emerging RPA, AI, and intelligent automation technologies and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading RPA platform, such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C# or Python; strong Python development experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ETL processes.
- Understanding of XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with open-data and commercial API integration and the ability to interpret API specifications.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Git and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
