Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable, high-performing front-end systems in Angular 20+.
- Define standards, patterns, and best practices for reusable components and system performance.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to align architecture with business needs.
- Lead initiatives to identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks.
- Champion testability and quality through effective testing strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling and developer productivity.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Deep expertise in state management (NgRx/Redux) and scalable front-end application design.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Proven experience making architectural decisions balancing scalability and performance.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across teams.
- Self-starter with an operational mindset thriving in fast-paced environments.
