Responsibilities

Embed with engineering teams to build self-sufficiency in instrumenting code with logs, metrics, and traces.
Guide teams in designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy.
Teach teams to integrate security scanning into their pipelines and perform threat modeling.
Develop reusable templates and documentation for pipelines and dashboards.
Measure and track team progress using DORA metrics to demonstrate improvements.
Partner with the Subsystems Platform Team to translate engineering needs into self-service capabilities.

At least three years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
Proven hands-on expertise with Octopus Deploy and Terraform.
Strong experience with application observability tools and application security practices.
Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to mentoring teams.
Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts and automated testing.
Desired knowledge of container orchestration and FinTech compliance requirements.
