Responsibilities
- Assist the Solution Architect in designing and delivering Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations.
- Configure solutions to align with business processes and best practices.
- Support technical integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve implementation issues.
- Assist in customer training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting for Enterprise Software implementations.
- Experience working in all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience gathering requirements and providing fit/gap analysis.
- Experience with enterprise-level customers in complex project implementations.
- Familiarity with coding or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
