Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Lead and manage daily activities of the test automation team.
- Define test strategies and execution approaches for comprehensive test coverage.
- Oversee test execution and report on testing status, risks, and issues.
- Identify problem areas and drive resolution of defects and quality gaps.
- Collaborate with teams during requirement analysis and solution design.
- Ensure integrity and quality of testing across the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on test planning and automation strategies.
- Develop automation solutions for Mobile, API, and UI testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and recommend test tools and techniques to improve quality.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders for efficient delivery.
- Communicate issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Prioritize workloads to meet organizational objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools like Selenium or Cucumber.
- Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions.
