Responsibilities

Enhance knowledge of algorithm complexity and data structures.
Support the development of the trading platform and software stack.
Collaborate with traders, researchers, and hardware engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify, implement, and validate changes to IMC’s trading algorithm and system.
Participate in individual and collaborative hackathons and technology challenges.
Attend workshops, presentations, trainings, and social activities.

In your penultimate year of study in computer science, software engineering, or a related field graduating in 2027.
Proficient experience in a programming language, preferably Java or C++.
Ability to thrive in a creative, teamwork-oriented environment.
Desire to work on meaningful and challenging projects.
Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to solve complex problems programmatically.
Genuine interest in financial markets, with no prior knowledge required.
Must be able to start the internship on June 22, 2026.
