Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, robust, and scalable code for new and existing applications.
- Design, test, and implement solutions in line with departmental standards.
- Maintain and improve systems for high availability and low latency.
- Create and update technical documentation for application coding and project development.
- Analyze requirements, investigate live system issues, and contribute to effective solutions.
- Perform quality assurance reviews supporting product owners and testing teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively update management.
- Share knowledge and best practices while continuing to develop technical skills.
- Embed AI tools and techniques into everyday development to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in .NET, React, SQL, and Python.
- Ability to interpret requirements, investigate issues, and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience developing scalable, high-quality full stack applications.
- Commitment to clean coding practices, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.
- Ability to present complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and deadlines while remaining focused under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and senior management.
- Experience embedding AI tools and techniques into software development.
