Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor for Confluent customers during solution design and development.
Develop deep expertise in Confluent's technologies and streaming applications.
Assist customers in overcoming technical challenges during use case deployment.
Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver solution-oriented demos and workshops.
Provide technical assistance through customer health reports and business reviews.
Lead training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Architect and maintain reusable technical artifacts like tools and demos.
Drive technical upskilling and awareness of new products/features within the team.
Ensure global coverage across diverse time zones for optimal customer service.

4-7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, or related roles.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka and Flink.
Experience with cloud and on-prem architecture.
Familiarity with distributed systems and infrastructure software.
Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
Proficiency in software development tools and CI/CD tooling is a plus.
Development language agnostic, with proficiency in Java, Python, or SQL.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
