Base Salary
$243k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the insider-risk and data-protection program, including selecting and implementing a DLP platform and AI-augmented investigative tooling.
- Drive secure adoption of AI tools and agents through data-flow controls, governance, guardrails, and access policies.
- Own SaaS security posture, including vendor inventory, SSPM, secure configuration baselines, and monitoring.
- Set and enforce authentication and authorization policies with IT, including Okta, device trust, MFA, and access reviews.
- Manage EDR deployment, coverage, and rulesets across macOS, Windows, and iOS, and coordinate MDM policies.
- Own joiner, mover, and leaver security processes, especially access revocation, data holds, and offboarding exfiltration checks.
- Run vendor security due diligence and third-party security assessments at scale.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to data-exfiltration and insider-risk events with Incident Response and Legal.
- Participate in the Security team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or enterprise security roles.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management, authentication and authorization, DLP and insider-risk tooling, SaaS security posture management, and endpoint management.
- Demonstrated ownership of security programs end to end, including strategy, vendor selection, implementation, and accountability for outcomes.
- Hands-on experience securing enterprise AI tools and agentic systems, including data-flow controls, model and tool access governance, and AI-vendor evaluation.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, MDM solutions, SSPM, zero-trust architecture, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience running third-party and vendor security assessments at scale.
- Ability to translate technical risk into actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, empathy, and low-ego teamwork.
