Base Salary
$195k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems.
- Propose and implement cloud-based solutions for system agility and scalability.
- Drive technical design discussions and guide team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and products.
- Mentor mid-level engineers to enhance their technical skills.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and platform architecture.
- Experience with complex distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based solutions and hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance on coding standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality code.
