Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
- Ensure data integrity and performance management.
- Conduct unit and integration testing for COBOL programs.
- Validate executed processes on Mainframe systems.
- Design system diagrams using UML for various transactions.
- Utilize AI tools for development assistance.
- Collaborate in an agile environment using Jira and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience in Mainframe development.
- Proficient in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and Control-M.
- Experience with DB2 database management.
- Strong skills in SQL query optimization.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot.
