Responsibilities
- Lead the design and enterprise integration of AI solutions.
- Coordinate enterprise architects, solution architects, business teams, platform teams, and data teams to align with architecture, security, scalability, and business-value objectives.
- Recommend and validate AI/ML architectural and technology choices and accelerate adoption of internal and external solutions.
- Guide teams in designing and deploying AI/ML architectures while strengthening internal capabilities and best practices.
- Help formalize and scale AI governance and ethical standards for responsible, transparent, and compliant AI use.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and advise leadership on trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- More than 8 years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML architecture, or advanced ML solution design.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience designing and integrating AI solutions in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of traditional ML, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, indexing strategies, and model deployment patterns.
- Practical knowledge of AI cloud ecosystems, particularly Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ML lifecycle governance.
- Strong understanding of data, software, and AI security and governance principles.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies based on performance, scalability, and risk.
- Very good English proficiency for technical documentation and communication with international customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
