Base Salary

$130k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
  • Lead and deliver Services discovery sessions covering Red Hat technologies and best practices.
  • Create and review task lists, scope projects, and align delivery with customer requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Integrate Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Manager services into customer solutions.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Lead internal initiatives supporting innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Services business.
  • Mentor and coach team members and lead workshops, enablement sessions, or engagements.
  • Travel regularly, potentially weekly, to client locations throughout North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical consultant role.
  • Track record of creating architectural designs and leading implementation teams toward successful customer outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing project delivery, including timelines, scope of work, stakeholder needs, and expectations.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Experience leading teams in workshops, enablement, or engagements.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
  • Experience leading successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or underlying technologies such as Kubernetes and containers.
  • Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux or a derivative.
  • Experience with identity management technologies such as Red Hat Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, or other identity providers.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations throughout North America.
