Base Salary
$130k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
- Lead Services discovery sessions, workshops, enablement activities, and customer engagements.
- Create and review task lists, scope projects, and align delivery with customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise during presales activities and articulate the value of Red Hat Services.
- Build customer relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams and lead initiatives supporting innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- Mentor and coach team members and lead implementation teams toward successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical consultant.
- Track record of creating architectural designs and leading implementation teams.
- Experience overseeing project delivery, timelines, scope, stakeholder needs, and expectations.
- Experience leading teams in workshops, enablement, or consulting engagements and mentoring team members.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
- Experience leading successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes and containers.
- Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux or a derivative.
- Experience with identity management technologies such as Red Hat Identity Manager or Microsoft Active Directory.
- Active Top Secret Clearance and residence in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
- Willingness to work onsite with clients and travel regularly throughout North America, potentially weekly.
