Base Salary
$149k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and oversee work on complex, highly visible engineering projects with strategic enterprise impact.
- Develop technical strategy and architecture for business-critical CI/CD platforms.
- Drive engineering standards, reliability, scalability, technical excellence, platform transformation, standardization, migration, and legacy retirement.
- Solve complex systemic issues and lead technical responses to major platform incidents.
- Balance stability, security, technical debt, and modernization priorities.
- Provide governance, consultative guidance, and strategic direction to technology groups, business areas, senior leaders, and executive leadership.
- Influence technical direction across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Mentor engineers and raise technical capability across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree with a strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep enterprise CI/CD, DevSecOps, and engineering platform expertise.
- Strong depth across pipeline tools, cloud, security, automation, and observability.
- Expertise driving reliability, scalability, technical standards, platform transformation, migration, and modernization.
