Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship complex features with a focus on performance and benchmarking.
- Own development throughout the entire lifecycle while collaborating with stakeholders, iterating quickly, and incorporating feedback.
Requirements
- Significant experience building scalable distributed systems in Rust.
- Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer, as well as reth and consensus mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience across the entire Ethereum stack is ideal.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and develop concrete solutions to nebulous problems.
- Collaborative approach and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills, curiosity, open-mindedness, scrappiness, and a growth mindset.
