Base Salary
$287k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that reliably process and analyze millions of contracts.
- Design scalable pipelines orchestrating LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms.
- Create accurate search and retrieval systems for large contract databases.
- Collaborate with lawyers and product teams to develop new capabilities enabled by rapidly evolving LLMs.
- Make pragmatic engineering decisions focused on product impact and execution.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and backend development experience, as indicated by the Staff Backend Engineer role.
- A love of writing code and a strong focus on product impact.
- Resourcefulness, urgency, and a bias toward execution.
- Startup experience is preferred but not required.
- Excitement about building a rapidly growing company.
