Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI-enhanced technical solutions.
- Configure and extend the platform using Python, MySQL, AI APIs, and automation tools.
- Partner with product management to launch secure, user-friendly features incorporating automation, predictive analytics, and natural language capabilities.
- Define AI-driven requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive on-time delivery.
- Deliver projects according to Statements of Work and communicate progress with customers.
- Create and maintain validation tests for the accuracy and integrity of AI-powered workflows.
- Use AI throughout implementation to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks, and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python web development.
- 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.
- 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
- 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.
- 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced IDEs such as Cursor or VS Code.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Professional experience with Docker and AWS services including EC2, API Gateway, and Lambda.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: 2+ years at a scaling startup and experience in a customer-facing role.
