Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test firmware and software systems.
- Understand hardware and software interactions and collaborate with Hardware Engineers.
- Prepare and maintain design and test documentation.
- Mentor Associate Engineers and Technicians.
- Apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Typically 2+ years of experience in embedded systems firmware development, Windows GUI applications, or test development.
- Experience with real-time firmware design, C, assembly, C++, C#, Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.
- Preferred experience includes industrial controls, 3-phase electric power systems, modern communications protocols, digital and analog circuitry, digital communications, signal processing, or project management.
