Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the stack.
- Contribute to new product development and improvements to existing products.
- Own projects end-to-end, including ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product direction and strategy.
- Operate, monitor, and continuously improve the systems built.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to team culture through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping and maintaining full-stack applications in production.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
- A product mindset with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for engineering craft and building scalable systems.
