Base Salary

$125k - $207k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build deployment automation for AI workforce tooling, including Agentic Harness configurations, MCP or similar service integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define standards for AI tooling configuration, security posture, and observability across teams through enhancements to coding harness hooks and plugins.
  • Monitor AI tooling adoption and usage patterns using Datadog, Dynatrace, or related tools.
  • Own and evolve an internal marketplace for publishing, discovering, versioning, and reusing prompts, skills, and MCP tools.
  • Develop workflow playbooks for consistent AI-SDLC integration across engineering teams.
  • Work with delivery teams to embed AI tooling into development workflows and turn capability gaps into scalable platform improvements.
  • Document and present platform learnings and collaborate with technology, infrastructure, and product teams.
  • Participate in team on-call rotation and provide customer support during business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience producing high-quality software on Agile development teams, with Python preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience with public cloud technologies, with Azure preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevEx, or related roles.
  • Experience building or operating CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, such as with GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agents, and Model Context Protocol.
  • Strong experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Experience with internal developer platforms, marketplaces, catalog systems, agentic AI applications, prompt libraries, skill registries, or MCP servers is preferred.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code systems such as Terraform or Spacelift, Kubernetes, and Helm is preferred.
  • Strong communication, technical writing, documentation, playbook-authoring, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
