Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the design of medium- to high-complexity Workday integration solutions.
- Collaborate with Integration Leads and functional consultants to develop integrations between Workday and external payroll, time, and identity management systems.
- Work with clients on industry standards, leading practices, and technical integration solutions.
- Support workshops and discussions about Workday integration functionality.
- Configure and test Workday integrations and help develop junior team members.
- Coordinate with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday throughout implementations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support innovation within the Workday integration practice.
Requirements
- Fluency in IT topics and an interest in system integration.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM integrations, including Payroll, Studio, Connectors, and XSLT.
- Teamwork and client-facing skills for projects and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with IT integrations or programming languages, Workday Orchestrate, Workday Extend, project management, ITIL, HR and payroll systems, consulting, and additional European languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish.
