Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Administer and troubleshoot collaboration tools while responding to user support requests through a ticketing system.
- Work with business users to understand requirements and identify process-improvement opportunities.
- Develop custom solutions, applications, and workflows using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Research Microsoft 365 technologies and features and document application and support processes.
- Participate in professional development, networking, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a current GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
- Be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
- Preferred qualifications include Python or PowerShell experience or coursework, familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and exposure to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, low-code/no-code platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or technology projects.
