Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to support developers integrating with our platform.
Design and deliver technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts and troubleshooting complex issues.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
Create and deliver compelling demos and presentations for stakeholders.
Communicate product features and technical guidance clearly across teams and customers.

8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles with enterprise merchants.
Deep hands-on technical expertise in building with APIs and debugging integrations.
Prior experience with full-stack development and proficiency in at least one programming language.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven success leading technical projects in globally distributed teams.
A strong understanding of payments, fintech, or commerce platforms.
Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings (10-20%).
Additional languages, such as Mandarin, are a plus.
