Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development using Python.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI for workflow optimization.
- Strong experience in building scalable APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud-native development with AWS/GCP.
- Proficient in software engineering best practices like CI/CD and testing strategies.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data management with SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts.
