Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of Coupang’s web platform and related products.
- Independently own the design and implementation of medium-complexity modules.
- Optimize module-level performance, improve code quality, and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Track frontend technology trends and introduce them to improve delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of total experience.
- 5+ years of web frontend development experience with large-scale internet applications.
- 1–2 years of experience as a core contributor or technical lead for projects.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).
- Familiarity with backend API design and debugging workflows.
- Experience with frontend engineering tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, CI/CD).
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with workable English.
