Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and call workflows.
- Map customer tech stacks including telephony and CRM systems.
- Design call flow diagrams and interaction maps.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable scopes for engineering.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple deployment phases.
- Drive customer-facing calls from kickoff to go-live.
- Design scenarios to ensure agent readiness for production.
- Conduct test calls to evaluate agent performance.
- Track agent KPIs and manage post-production improvements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point until deployment stability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or technical implementation.
- Experience with voice AI agents or automation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with the US consumer finance or debt collections industry is preferred.
- Understanding of APIs and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of projects.
- Experience working with North American customers is preferred.
