Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance a modern enterprise data platform for secure and scalable data access.
- Build data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, ETL, event-driven, and delivery solutions.
- Develop APIs, services, web applications, and automation solutions integrated with the data platform.
- Collaborate with business partners, data engineers, architects, analysts, and application development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate internal and third-party data sources while maintaining data quality, governance, and operational excellence.
- Apply software engineering practices including object-oriented design, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Participate in project planning, clarify requirements, and engage with clients and analysts.
- Maintain and support applications and implement quality assurance principles.
- Develop an understanding of investment-industry business processes and contribute to architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience developing systems with .NET and C#.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Preferred: experience integrating and supporting vendor systems.
- Preferred: exposure to the investment domain.
- Preferred: familiarity with ETL tools.
- Preferred: AWS cloud implementation experience.
- Preferred: Python development experience.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of working in the office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, for candidates living near a company location.
- Annualized base pay range of $88,000-$132,000, with potential additional bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition rewards.
- The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
