Responsibilities

  • Design and develop planning and optimization solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Participate in workshops and design sessions with consultants, architects, and end users.
  • Configure and implement planning platforms such as Delmia Quintiq.
  • Develop integrations with surrounding systems.
  • Write high-quality, testable code and review teammates’ work.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
  • Demonstrate solutions to customers and users.
  • Advise customers on future improvements and further development.

Requirements

  • Completed university master’s degree in Operations Research, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or another scientific field.
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or comparable technologies.
  • Interest in complex planning, optimization, and data challenges.
  • Affinity with operational processes such as supply chain, logistics, production planning, or workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, customer-oriented, and proactive skills.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

Benefits

  • Gross salary of €3,720 per month based on 40 hours, including a €750 mobility allowance and 8% holiday allowance.
