Base Salary
$121k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver enterprise-level custom software solutions.
- Lead small project teams and coach teammates in their technical skills and careers.
- Execute projects across the full software development life cycle, including estimating, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across varied industries.
- Develop cloud, web, mobile, data-driven, IoT, machine learning, AI, and DevOps solutions.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to senior executives, clients, stakeholders, and technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use AI strategically in client solutions while communicating its value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Participate in a hybrid work model and contribute to community service and social events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with technical leadership, including coaching others or leading project activities such as estimating, task assignment, timelines, requirements gathering, and design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is preferred.
- Ability to create and implement innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
- Adaptability and ability to balance multiple responsibilities across varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
