Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, and cloud deployment models.
- Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies to design scalable SAP solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the SAP landscape.
- Mentor SAP functional and technical teams and drive architectural governance.
- Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs for performance and security.
- Lead the architecture and design of SAP solutions across various modules.
- Architect end-to-end business processes aligned with Coupang's operations.
- Define integration patterns between SAP and internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules such as FI/CO and MM.
- Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub.
- Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
