Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls for agentic AI systems.
- Build production-grade security tooling to enhance safety monitoring pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security, performance, and usability.
- Influence the long-term Agent Security roadmap and publish best practices.
Requirements
- Strong software-engineering skills in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++).
- Deep expertise in modern isolation techniques and container security.
- Hands-on experience with network security and identity-based controls.
- Clear communication skills to bridge engineering, research, and leadership.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of security initiatives.
- Cloud security experience with major providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with AI/ML security challenges is a plus.
