Responsibilities
- Design and configure solutions based on client requirements.
- Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
- Review requirements and verify that solutions meet them.
- Configure client-facing structural and functional applications, troubleshoot errors, manipulate data, and perform transformations.
- Support client presentations and design reviews, analyze feedback, and maintain alignment with clients.
- Participate in client training and other implementation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, testing teams, project teams, and clients to improve project delivery and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Experience configuring and solutioning on Salesforce platforms, with exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to design scalable solutions that meet client business needs and perform system configuration.
- Experience working in a collaborative project team environment.
- Experience authoring requirements, design documentation, and related project and system documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills across complex enterprise projects from pre-sales and requirements gathering through design, build, validation, and deployment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Ability to use AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor to improve productivity and workflows.
- Salesforce certification and consulting experience are preferred.
- Life sciences, particularly pharmaceutical, experience is preferred.
- Experience interacting with, managing, or building AI agentic workflows is preferred.
