Responsibilities
- Design and configure solutions based on client requirements.
- Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
- Review requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Configure client-facing solutions, troubleshoot errors, and manipulate data.
- Support client presentations and design reviews to build strong relationships.
- Participate in client training and implementation initiatives.
