Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the test automation suite.
- Design and execute baseline, regression, functional, integration, and post-release test plans.
- Identify, document, and escalate defects with clear and actionable details.
- Set up and evolve mobile test automation infrastructure, including framework selection, device and emulator strategy, cloud device farms, and CI integration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to create test cases covering acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate story points, and provide input during sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Communicate product quality issues and collaborate with software development teams to accelerate resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of QA automation experience.
- Experience developing web application automation frameworks using Selenium and WebdriverIO.
- Hands-on experience creating test scripts in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience setting up mobile test automation frameworks, including device or emulator configuration, cloud device farms, and CI integration.
- Knowledge of mobile testing considerations including gestures, push notifications, deep linking, app permissions, and device or operating-system fragmentation.
- Experience with test data requirements and test management tools such as TestRail and Zephyr.
- Ability to report and track defects in JIRA or a similar tool.
- Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of QA concepts, testing best practices, and database testing concepts.
- Experience with API automation tools such as JMeter and Postman is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and CI tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket Pipelines is preferred.
- ISTQB or comparable software testing certification is preferred.
- Retail domain knowledge and experience testing AI/ML-based products are preferred.
