Responsibilities
- Build golden test sets containing 100–300 expert-reviewed cases per AI-powered feature.
- Develop scoring logic using deterministic checks, a calibrated model-as-judge, and human spot-checks.
- Create an on-demand test runner triggered manually or when a model or prompt changes.
- Build a trend dashboard showing pass rates by category, results over time, and differences between runs.
- Develop a playbook for adding features and setting release gates, establish a permanent owner, and implement one live workflow gated by the test suite.
- Conduct structured interviews with non-technical associates to extract precise workflow requirements.
- Provide project support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; junior or senior standing is preferred.
- Working proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language for test-case development and automation.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to quickly learn, SQL and basic data analysis concepts.
- Previous internship or coursework involving data handling, scripting, or software development is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, structured and methodical thinking, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an iterative, build-as-you-learn scope.
- Interest in AI/ML applications is a plus, but prior AI/ML coursework is not required.
