Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on developer onboarding experiences at ecosystem events.
- Build scalable enablement programs like workshops and technical office hours.
- Develop a playbook for converting ecosystem touchpoints into developer sign-ups.
- Partner with the Startups GTM team for seamless relationship activation.
- Create high-quality technical content showcasing product development on the API.
- Own developer-facing programming at builder summits and startup activations.
- Build relationships with key technical communities to enhance developer mindshare.
- Surface market signals and developer sentiment back to internal teams.
- Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing on developer-focused campaigns.
- Define and track success metrics related to developer activation and engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in startups and developer-facing roles.
- Experience as a technical founder or early startup employee.
- Ability to write production-quality code and build compelling demos.
- Strong public speaking skills and comfort engaging with audiences.
- Experience building or scaling developer programs that drove adoption.
- Builder credibility with founders, VCs, and accelerator communities.
- Willingness to travel regularly and support events outside standard hours.
- Deep enthusiasm for AI and hands-on experience with LLMs.
