Responsibilities
- Lead clients in AI adoption, define AI visions and target pictures, and create prioritized transformation roadmaps.
- Design architectures and develop state-of-the-art software systems for client initiatives.
- Support engineering teams by solving complex frontend and backend development challenges.
- Introduce and improve AI usage across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate hands-on in interdisciplinary software development and coach colleagues and client teams.
- Resolve engineering bottlenecks and continuously improve AI adoption across software disciplines.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization.
- Solid knowledge of frontend and backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Go.
- Experience guiding teams in the adoption of AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows.
- A hands-on mentality and interest in continuously developing cloud-native expertise.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Strong communication, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and coaching abilities.
