Responsibilities
- Work with software developers and architects to build large-scale big data processing systems for financial transactions.
- Build stream-processing systems using solutions such as Spark Streaming.
- Build DevOps pipelines and CI/CD systems for the enterprise.
- Build large-scale transaction-processing systems using REST, microservices, Spark, Lambda, Kinesis, Elastic, AWS, and related technologies.
- Contribute to data and analytics platforms using machine learning, AI, and big data techniques.
- Build real-time risk and fraud systems that detect and prevent financial fraud.
- Build secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a STEM major.
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated solid engineering fundamentals.
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, be inquisitive, and be passionate.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
