Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain proprietary low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
- Develop trading tools that leverage the high-performance trading system.
- Improve the scalability and performance of trading infrastructure.
- Design technical solutions based on future business needs.
- Work across frontend-facing projects and backend infrastructure using different programming languages.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building and designing distributed and scalable software in general-purpose languages such as Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Python, distributed or highly concurrent systems, low-latency or high-transaction environments, and relational databases is desired but not required.
- Experience with Fixed Income Credit & Rates trading systems is desired but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-direction, initiative, and peer leadership are expected.
