Base Salary
$249k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reliable backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts.
- Design scalable pipelines orchestrating LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms.
- Create accurate search and retrieval systems for large contract databases.
- Collaborate with lawyers and product teams to develop new LLM-enabled capabilities.
- Make pragmatic engineering choices focused on product impact.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and backend development experience.
- Interest in building high-impact products and writing production code.
- Relentless resourcefulness and a strong internal sense of urgency.
- Startup experience is preferred but not required.
- Excitement about building a rapidly growing company.
