Responsibilities
- Configure Workday modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and update Workday Business Processes and security roles.
- Implement new features and optimize existing Workday functionality.
- Develop advanced reports in Workday and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test plans and manage UAT.
- Provide day-to-day Workday system support and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Workday certifications and experience in HR or payroll are preferred.
