Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and help establish acceptance criteria using AI.
- Write test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain TestRail test plans and operational QA test environments.
- Execute product validation test campaigns and automate NRT API/UI testing using AI.
- Document testing activities and report issues and quality indicators in Jira.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in QA testing.
- Experience with software lifecycle testing from requirements gathering through test design and execution.
- Knowledge of at least one test management tool such as QualityCenter, Xray, or TestRail, plus a bug tracker such as Jira.
- Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle, Windows and Linux systems, and CI tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Advanced English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with practical experience using AI for user story improvement, test automation, CI/CD optimization, testing, and QA process improvement.
- Strong organization, communication, teamwork, autonomy, rigor, pragmatism, curiosity, and creativity.
